Listen to a new mix from Venus X and Asmara

This week GHE20G0TH1K founder Venus X and Nguzunguzu's Asmara released the next instalment in their ‘Putaria Maxima’ mix series.

The long-awaited project, titled ‘Trouble In Paradise: Putaria Maxima Volume 2’, follows up last year’s inaugural edition and features tracks and edits from the likes of Total Freedom, Skepta, DJ Lycox and more.

Speaking on the new mixtape via a press release the pair called described it as, “a political statement, full of the sinister and sexual energy that rules the world.”

Adding that, “As DJ/producers our goal was to create a classic mix that seamlessly mixes rap, dance, dembow and r&b among other genres from all the ghettos of the world…Brazil to Atlanta to Dominican Republic to Memphis to Mexico to Nigeria.”

Muc like the previous mixtape, the latest offering released via GHE20G0TH1K.
