Filled with dubplates

UK-based dubstep collective Get Darker has shared a classic Skream mix from 2005.

Skream was among a group of producers who put dubstep into the spotlight and this mix from 2005 features material produced by the young innovator, who was just 19 at the time. There are loads of dubplates featured and many of the tracks have still yet to be released, like ‘Bullseye’, ‘Fairytale’, ‘Where Am I?’ and ‘Groovin’ among others.

It’s been a few years since Skream left the dubstep world for the spotlight of house and techno and he’s only played a handful of gigs focusing on the dubstep sound since. That said, long-time fans still hope to get a taste of the classics, and to get their hands on the coveted dubplates.
