Lewis Cancut plays 'Plastic Games' on NLV Records release
Enter the video game arcade of the future on the Melbourne producer's latest
Melbourne producer Lewis Cancut has dropped new single 'Plastic Games' on NLV Records.
Following last year's 'Indoor Rainforest' EP and a string of remixes, Cancut's latest is laced with energy and unpredictable direction changes, as metallic drums, chimes and whistles give the track a futuristic video game arcade aesthetic.
Speaking of the track, Cancut said: “Plastic Games is something I made without depth, from nothing but hard reflective surfaces. The lyrics which are sung by post human pop enigma Hatsune Miku float holographically over the outer shell.”
'Plastic Games' is out this Friday June 23 on NLV Records. Check it out below.
