The Lab is our weekly post-work unwind where we bring you only the finest American and international DJs live from Los Angeles. This week we've got some bass hitting our brand new LA office, courtesy of Kastle, Alix Perez and Petey Clicks.

LA-based artist Kastle has crafted his signature sound pulling from R&B, hip hop and UK bass music influences. He has an extensive tour history, hitting major international festivals and clubs alike, all while running and releasing via his own imprint Symbols. Look out for his Polytopia EP out on Symbols this fall.

Belgium born Alix Perez is an acclaimed DJ and innovative producer with a rude Essential Mix under his belt. He's traveled to all ends of the bass music spectrum with his first and second albums on Shogun Audio and his 2014 'U' EP featuring Teklife's DJ Rashad and DJ Spinn released via Exit Records. Alix just released his 'Shades' EP on Alphapup on July 31.

Joining the two will be the LA-based rising producer/DJ Petey Clicks. He's a member of AC Slater's Nightbass family/record label who has a series of heavy hitting underground releases reflecting his bass-infused house music style. His 'Ghost' EP is forthcoming Night Bass.

On opening duties will be the LA-based producer, DJ and club host of CyberSonicLA Sha Sha Kimbo.

The Lab is powered by Void Acoustics. Watch the Lab below or via MixmagTV.

Alix Perez & Eprom presents 'SHADES' will be at the Low End Theory Festival this Saturday at the Shrine in Los Angeles. Tickets here
