Kanye West and Drake hint at collaborative album

"I'm not talking about 'Pablo', I'm not talking about 'VIEWS'"

At OVO Fest last night, Kanye West hyped up the crowd by hinting at a collaborative album with Drake.

During the performance, West stopped to ask the crowd, "Is y'all ready for this album?". After the DJ started playing 'Father, Stretch My Hands Pt. I', West interrupted the DJ to elaborate.

"Stop, stop, stop. I'm not talking about 'Pablo'. I'm not talking about 'VIEWS'. I'm talking about this album," he said, pointing to Drake as he joined Kanye on stage and fueling speculation about an album by the duo.

However exciting this tease may be, it should be taken with a grain of salt. Kanye West has a number of announced, unfinished projects already in the pipeline, from 'Turbo Grafx '16' to 'Cruel Winter', making it possible that this project may end up going nowhere.

(Remember Child Rebel Soldier, the supergroup of Kanye West, Lupe Fiasco, and Pharrell?) If this project does come to fruition, it will be the biggest hip-hop supergroup since Jay-Z and Kanye West did 'Watch the Throne' and will certainly take over the world of pop culture for a while.
