Kanye West denies being involved with anti-Democrat party 'Blexit' design
Despite donning a 'MAGA' hat, he's got nothing to do with 'Blexit'
Kanye West has come forward to deny his association with 'Blexit' (short for "black exit"), an anti-Democrat party clothing range that came to light a few days ago.
With all of Kanye West's recent antics, it wasn't hard to believe his involvement with 'Blexit', which was created by conservative commentator and pro-Trump supporter, Candace Owens.
Despite donning a controversial "Make America Great Again" hat and taking meetings with President Trump in the White House, the rapper and fashion designer took to his Twitter to clear the air. "I introduced Candace to the person who made the logo and they didn’t want their name on it so she used mine," he said. "I never wanted any association with Blexit. I have nothing to do with it."
He concluded with a follow-up tweet which stated: "My eyes are now wide open and now realize I’ve been used to spread messages I don’t believe in. I am distancing myself from politics and completely focusing on being creative !!!"
