Fresh from his recent session with DBridge and Zed Bias, German godfather Kabuki has now teamed up with Serum for a slice of precision rolling bass that’s being released on the resurgent V.
‘Heist Flick’ has all the flattened out low-end quakes, no-nonsense rolling breaks, tickling percussion and occasional groaning horns of a 90s V or Full Cycle classic – and we love it.
The wave of pinpoint homages in drum ‘n’ bass right now is quite something.
