'Musique' EP is dubbed "the perfect soundtrack" to a night out in Nocturne's native Belfast, featuring three dancefloor-focused cuts.
Titular track 'Musique' is an all-encompassing Italo cut, with a pulsating bassline which sets the tone for the EP as a whole, before follow up 'Get Into It' features '80s textures and sleazy synths to offer a zany classic house cut.
Closer 'Acyd' is given away by its trackname. It withholds the EP's charming retro drum machines and driving basslines, this time getting its twist from a groovy acid house topline.

"I'm delighted to back on such a seminal label as Permanent Vacation alongside artists I really respect, with three tracks spanning acid, italo and house," Nocturne tells Mixmag. "It's been a year since my last original EP which was out on Correspondent last September, so I'm excited to share what I've been working on over the past few months and kickstart what is a busy release schedule over the winter."
