John Frusciante goes down jungle and footwork route on new EP
'Foregrow' is out on Record Store Day
If you enjoyed the acid-soaked material John Frusciante gave away last November, you'll be pleased to know there's more Roland TB-303 tunes on the way.
Working with label Acid Test once again, after last year's 'Trickfinger' album, the former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist is releasing the 'Foregrow' EP on April 16.
Jungle and footwork elements are said to be prevalent in the four-tracker, as is the TB-303 synth. RA also writes it's inspired by composer John Carpenter's "eternal scores". It should be pretty interesting, then.
Check the tracklist below.
A1. Foregrow
A2. Expre'act
B1. Lowth Forgue
B2. Unf
