Jodie Harsh has just dropped 'Beats N' Pieces', her rousing new EP.
The four-tracker contains a collab with vocalist Rowetta, 'Burn It Down', as well as 'Paris', an ode to Paris Is Burning, the legendary film about NYC ballroom culture that is currently celebrating its 30th anniversary.
The EP is self-affirming throughout, with lyrics such as "We gotta burn this mother down" on 'Burn It Down' and "Are you nervous when I say it takes nerve to live this way, it takes nerve to feel this free, it takes nerve to be me" on 'Nerve'.
A hefty dose of club-ready house music 'Beats N' Pieces' will transport you to the club instantly. Check it via Spotify here.
