A Roland TR-909 drum machine that has been used by Jeff Mills is for sale on eBay with a starting bid of £2,000.
Introduced in 1984 by the Japanese Roland Corporation, the famous TR-909 was the first MIDI-equipped drum machine and is partially analogue and partially sample-based.
This one is in perfect working order and has been signed by Jeff Mills.
The Berlin-based current owner says: "I'm sure it doesn't need explanation as it's the stuff made of legends. It's the staple of so many productions but it's time to go to a new home."
