Jas Shaw is one half of Simian Mobile Disco. While his other half James Ford has been producing other bands, Jas has taken this time and has been working on a whole slew of material for the duo's own label Delicacies. 'Love Doubled' is main room darkness with skittering percussion and haunted, shimmering chimes. 'It's Not The Clock That Tells The Time' trundles along with nervous little synth stabs that resonate on your brain. The track begins to make total sense when the booming bass kicks in half way through. 'To Kill A Mocking Bird' finishes off the EP with this early morning come down/warm down record.
