Founded in 1994 by Goldie, Storm and the late Kemistry, Metalheadz is arguably the most prolific, consistent drum ‘n’ bass label of all time. Known for breaking some of the scene’s most revered producers (J Majik, Dillinja, Photek, Marcus Intalex - the list goes on), Headz’ notoriety for incredible basement parties at The Blue Note in Hoxton were just as legendary as the label and Goldie himself. Having never compromised on the formula – long intros, huge breaks and deep, gnarly bass – Metalheadz is unquestionably one of drum n bass’ greatest ever imprints.
