When Alex Ridha burst onto the scene just over a decade ago, he typified the sound of a generation. As Boys Noize, he brought forward an electro and techno sound like no other. Raucous, rowdy and unrelenting, it was the modern day punk rock. In 2005 he formed Boysnoize Records and not only has he released four albums on the label, but he’s championed acts like Housemeister, SCNTST, Djedjotronic and Mixhell. With close to 200 releases under its belt, BNR is perhaps one of the most prolific labels in the poll over the last 10 years.
