HANAH will 'Watch The World In Detail' on debut EP

Bristol-based singer-songwriter and producer HANAH has this week released her debut EP ‘Watch The World In Detail’.

It’s released on Saffron Records, a label dedicated to showcasing the work of women and minority gender artists.

The EP moves through different production styles: ‘Lovebook’ is a glitchy tape loop inspired by folk instrumentation; ‘Luxton’ showcases dubbed-out vocals and Bonobo-like drums; the title track is lowkey, with subdued, muffled drums and sustained synth chords.

The EP as a whole moves more towards an early James Blake production style of splicing and looping with soulful, heartfelt vocals over the top.
