With festival season in the United States officially underway, line-ups for major events later in the year are now being revealed. The latest one to arrive is Outside Lands in San Francisco, California, which takes place annually in August.

2017 will mark the festival's 10th anniversary, making it a big celebration year with a slew of big headliners in tow. Across the three days, the Gorillaz and A Tribe Called Quest lead the roster including throwback favorites like Metallica, The Who and Queens of the Stone Age. Lorde represents on the pop front while Above & Beyond take the biggest headlining position for an electronic act.

So far, this appearance at Outside Lands also marks the Gorillaz's first show in the United States since they began teasing news of their new album last year.

As opposed to previous years, Outside Lands seems to be placing a heavier emphasis back on live acts, scaling back on DJs and similar electronic acts and instead, adding on big crossover groups and bands. Additional talents including Solange, Schoolboy Q, Little Dragon, Kaytranada, Tove Lo, Louis The Child and many more.
