UK government changes entry requirements for fully-vaccinated travellers
Double-jabbed arrivals do not need to isolate whilst waiting for their PCR test results
New rules that came into place at 4:AM this morning mean that fully vaccinated travellers entering the UK will no longer need to take a COVID test before travelling.
When fully vaccinated people enter the UK, they will also no longer need to isolate when waiting upon the results of their PCR test.
From Sunday, January 9, rules will change once more as people travelling into the UK will be able to do a lateral flow test, instead of the current PCR.

The lateral flow tests must be purchased from a private provider as the free NHS tests cannot be used.
If the lateral flow test shows a positive result, then this must be confirmed using an NHS PCR.
The rules apply to Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and England.
