Fritz Carlton & Ghostea

Worthy up-and-comers Fritz Carlton and Ghostea arrive today with the first listen of 'Creepin', an appropriately-titled new tune that ripples with a ripe mixture of cheeky vocoded quips and growling, sinister breakdowns.

Seattle native Fritz Carlton might have said it best when he deemed his style of music 'Weirdo House', a sound meant to personify the strange and unpredictable world of late night dance floors in which he surrounds himself in. His raw take on an unabashedly wild and weird sound has earned him notice from the likes of Claude VonStroke and Hannah Wants and already within his burgeoning career, he's seen releases out on Desert Hearts, This Ain't Bristol, Perfect Driver and more.

Fellow collaborator Ghostea, born Nathaniel Stevens, has been clearing a name for himself in parallel with Fritz Carlton. His releases have found homes on Dirtybird and also This Ain't Bristol, Perfect Driver and more. Along with 'Creepin', Ghostea will also see another track on the same compilation with Lux Groove.

Both he and Fritz Carlton represent an evolving new breed of California-raised and uniquely West Coast flavored house music that has dug beneath the surface to unearth an alluring take on music that was meant to make you move.
