Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton is writing music with Frank Ocean
Naughty Boy has let the cat out of the bag
Lewis Hamilton's swapped motors for mixing desks as he's been working with r'n'b star Frank Ocean on tunes.
Word of the collaboration came from producer Naughty Boy, who said people close to him have said the three-time F1 champ is up to scratch when it comes to knocking up tracks.
Naughty Boy told The Sun: "I’ve heard people talking about Lewis’s music and apparently he is quite good. I would love to hear his stuff. I know he writes it.
"There has been a lot of talk on what he’s been up to and I know he’s been writing music with Frank Ocean. I think that’ll come out at some point."
We know Ocean's famous for hazy r'n'b tracks, but with Hamilton working alongside him, maybe he'll move into speed garage. Or even screeching techno.
Hamilton's foray into music shouldn't come as a surprise as he was in a relationship with former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger for a few years.
The Stevenage-born racer is currently vying for a fourth F1 championship, so he better steer his way out of the studio and get back on the road.
