Field Day is relocating from its longstanding Victoria Park home in East London to Brixton’s Brockwell Park for its 2018 edition on June 2.

A letter has been sent out to local residents revealing the plans, Brixton Buzz reports.

The news follows the announcement that Coachella’s parent company AEG has secured exclusive rights to Victoria Park and will be launching the 10-day All Points East event next summer with the likes of Björk, Dixon and LCD Soundsystem playing.

Brixton Buzz also reports Lovebox, which has been running in Victoria Park since 2002, is likely to follow suit in relocating, writing “we remain confident that it’s highly likely to be moving to Brockwell Park.”
