Nyege Nyege Festival announces first wave of artists for 10th anniversary edition

Uganda’s Nyege Nyege Festival is back at Kalagala Falls across November 20 to 23 for its 10th anniversary edition.

A huge line-up of more than 300 artists has been announced for its 24-hour, nonstop program, including some of the best DJs from the African continent such as Kampire, DJ Travella, DJ Diaki and DJ Tobzy, alongside international stars such as Skrillex, Flowdan, Tash LC, Ahadadream, DJ Marcelle and Lyzza.

15 collectives have also been locked in, such as Nigeria’s Group Therapy and Ile Ijo, Fabrika from Ethiopia, Tanzania’s Singeli Movement, Ghana’s Transit (Ghana), Moonshine from Canada) and Maraboutage from France.

This year also marks Nyege Nyege also launching the first edition of the African Electronic Music Conference (AEMC) in collaboration with the French Development Agency (AFD), as well as a new stage called The Portal and new location Adrift Overland Camp, which includes activities such as rafting and kayaking on the NIle, plus bungee jumping and quad biking.

"Ten years later, Nyege Nyege remains a space where music, culture, and community converge. This edition celebrates our journey and the limitless future ahead — with our artists, collectives, and audiences shaping the next chapter of this iconic gathering," say the festival directors.

Colombia's Bonanza Festival unveils 2026 line-up 

Colombia’s Bonanza Festival has now released the first round of names for its 2026 edition, taking place from March 4 - 9 at Buritaca in Santa Marta.

Now in its seventh year, the festival has broadened its scope to bring in live performances and Colombian rhythms to complement its core line-up of electronic acts, which this year includes Jane Fitz, Vladimir Ivkovic, Nídia, Kia, Planet Love, Junior Pitch, and more.

More names are due to be released by November.

London’s South Bermondsey Festival shares full 2025 line-up

Independent multi-venue event South Bermondsey Festival is set to take over three grassroots spaces today (September 27): Ormside Projects, Venue MOT and Avalon Cafe, each along the Surrey Canal Road.

A mixture of live acts and DJs are set to perform including Josey Rebelle, Kode9, mad miran, Significant Other, Still House Plants, V.I.V.E.K., Isaiah Hull, and more throughout the day.

Primavera Sound reveals 2026 line-up featuring The xx, Gorillaz, and more

Barcelona’s annual Primavera Sound festival has revealed its 2026 line-up, set to return to Parc del Fòrum from June 4 - 6 next year. 

Over 150 names have already been unveiled, including Gorillaz, PinkPantheress, Massive Attack, Skrillex, Peggy Gou, Little Simz, Oklou, KI/KI, Slowdive, Kneecap, and The xx, who’ll make their return to the stage as a trio.

No Bounds confirms debut back-to-back from Interplanetary Criminal and Silva Bumpa 

No Bounds has finalised its 2025 programming, including a first-ever back-to-back set from Interplanetary Criminal and Silva Bumpa.

Josey Rebelle has also joined the line-up for the festival, which takes place across 16 venues in Sheffield and Rotherham from October 10 to 12.

Names previously announced include Joy Orbison, Beatrice Dillon, 96 Back, Josi Devil, Rainy miller and many more.

Alongside live music performances and DJ sets, the festival features a range of arts, cinema, discourse on the bill.

En Masse completes line-up for 2025 edition

En Masse is back in Bristol across October 7 to 12 for its fifth edition.

The festival has revealed its full line-up, which includes a rare DJ Python live performance, the debut of a collaboration between Batu and Dominica-born vocalist and producer Tikiman, and a free-to-access Community & Arts Programme supported by Arts Council England, spanning talks, installations, workshops and film.

It takes place across multiple venues: Document, Trinity Centre, Strange Brew, The Island, The Love Inn, The Cube, Elevator Sound, and The Crypt.
