Essential: Visible Cloaks create a poetic, alien video for 'Permutate Lex'

Portland-based ambient duo Visible Cloaks will release their new mini-LP, 'Lex', via RVNG Intl. on December 8.
“'Permutate Lex' is our first taste of the vanguard release. The track is a provocative and alien attempt to 'simulate a more peaceful future' and create 'auditory poetry of an evolved place and time.'”
Paired with a disorienting and visually stunning video from artist Brenna Murphy and the innovative building space Kabinett, the arrangement is “an abstract representation of a distant future where all languages that once existed have dissolved into a single synthesized communication stream”.
