Essential: Kaytranada's funky dub rework of Gorillaz

Kaytranada has remixed ‘Strobelite’ by Gorillaz, a track taken from their ‘Humanz’ album that dropped back in April.
The rework shows off Kaytray’s distinct laidback dub-funk style that enhances the smooth vocals of feature artist Peven Everett.
Gorillaz shared the official video for the original track last week, which shows Everett with characters 2D and Noodle dancing on a strobed up dancefloor.
Kaytranada announced the release of the remix via his Instagram, posting a photo of him posing next to Noodle and said: “We live in a Strobelight. Kaytra dub version out this Friday. @gorillaz".
