Enzo Siragusa
Low-slung, rolling tech house from the masterful Fuse London honcho
The idea of Sunday as a day of rest is an alien concept to Fuse crew members. For those who like to live for every inch of the weekend, the East London event is the city’s premier spot for partying through to Monday morning.
Starting out in 2008 at the infamous 93 Feet East, Fuse has grown relentlessly in stature since, inaugurating its label Fuse London in 2011, and expanding to Village Underground in 2013.
A number of key figures have played their part in its rise, such as expert residents Rich NxT, Seb Zito and Rossko. One man in particular however deserves principal credit: bossman Enzo Siragusa.
Across the board, from the atmosphere created at the parties to the music curated for the label, he’s shown singular flair and craft in developing Fuse into the global nightlife juggernaut it is today. The Ibiza residency, worldwide showcases and host of fine releases under its belt serving as a testament to his vision.
His latest release on Fuse London, the ‘Sanctuary’ EP, is available to buy digitally today, marking his first solo effort since 2012. B-side cut ‘Solo’ is a low-slung, after-hours affair that would go down a storm at the event the imprint was born from. Rolling percussion and trippy vocal chops combine to form a track that finds that perfect sweetspot between atmospheric and driving. Listen below.
The ‘Sanctuary’ EP is available to buy on 12” with an exclusive vinyl-only track ‘Gemini’ here
Fuse journeys to Amsterdam for a joint showcase with HYTE on February 28, and returns home to London for a special Saturday event on March 5
