Elise Massoni embraces '10FT CHAOS' on forthcoming EP

Elise Massoni has announced her forthcoming EP, '10FT CHAOS', set for release on François X's XX Lab.

Accompanying the announcement was the release of the seven-tracker's titular cut, existing as a storming techno banger, reflecting the French artist's regular appearances at clubs including Berghain and fabric.

"I’ve no other words than “my oldest and hardest piece of child is finally out in the world”," she wrote on her Instagram about the track. "I’ve left some life in the process."

The EP as a whole draws inspiration from figures including Arca and Amnesia Scanner, exploring topics ranging from depression, escapism and mania, whilst paying tribute to those who "embody the fusion of brilliance and chaos".

Each of the tracks serve testament to Massoni's evolving creative spirit, building a narrative of her emotional depth and journey through the writing process. Think off-kilter pads, house-meets-techno to full-frontal techno, infusions of trance and helpings of rebellion.
