Edgem (Dullah Beatz, JT The Goon and Boylan) have the power, pedigree and love for grime to take the sound wherever they like in 2015.

Already a staple in the sets of Slackk et al (it's hard to imagine going to a Boxed night without hearing it), 'Secret Garden's grand, orchestral intro paves the way for some seriously hard bass stabs.

That said, JT's finesse is still on show – as evidenced by the whistling melodies and tweeting birds – but the real story is how real and visceral the Edgem aesthetic already feels.

As grime debuts go, this is one of the best.
