The Lab Los Angeles is Mixmag and Smirnoff Sound Collective's weekly post-work unwind where we stream only the finest American and international DJs, live and direct from our Downtown LA office. This Friday, Eddie C is in The Lab LA for our second Lab session of the week.
Operating and experimenting since the late 80's, Eddie C was raised in Southern Ontario and was first inspired by hip hop and the then burgeoning scene of acid house. After spending a decade in the Rocky Mountains of Canada, he relocated to Berlin where he's since remained.
His eclectic take on both production and DJing have garnered him a powerful and prolific reputation in the electronic music world. He's seen releases out on Endless Flight, Crue-L, Sleazy Beats, Jiscomusic, Wolf Music, 7 Inches of Love & Lumberjacks in Hell, amongst others and become a household name in the underground.
