Savage, wall shaking techno from Lanthan.audio
Despite having only released two EPs so far, Lanthan.audio should already be bookmarked as a go-to source for savage, face-melting techno.
Edit Select and Deepbass both delivered the pace last year and this year the imprint's campaign is kicked-off with a five-track EP from South African-born, New York-based producer Echologist.
Brendon Moeller has been crafting darkness-drenched tech since he exploded onto scene over a decade ago with the 'Explorations Vol.1' LP via Mule Musiq and he's also released on Mord, Steadfast and Nite Grooves.
We've got the premiere of 'Dead Men Tell No Tales', the lead track from the third EP on Lanthan.audio and rest assured, it doesn't fuck around.
Disjointed riffs, hammering kicks and mechanical gurgles are the focus here and although it's not for the faint-hearted, it's a solid 4/4 roller that's sure to do serious damage. Check it.
