Dosem releases the ‘Transportation’ EP on his new Houstrike label
The second release for the producer’s self-made imprint
Following the inaugural release of his newly formed Houstrike imprint, Dosem returns with the label’s second release, delivering two expertly crafted cuts focused on different aspects of his musical persona.
The ‘Transportation’ EP ventures deep into the essence of who Dosem is as an artist. Each track stands out on its own, with the title track conveying a surreal and atmospheric techno perspective while ‘Wherever We Go’ is aimed towards the dance floor with house rhythms and an array of synth progression. Like many of his previous releases, Dosem fuses various textures to reveal a mystical and hypnotic motif, with the label describing the new material as “a trip to an unknown virtual world that simultaneously represents a journey into consciousness itself”.
Launched in March 2016, the Houstrike label is a platform that will exclusively feature Dosem’s own material and judging by the new music, will showcase the full scope of his artistic prowess.
