Diplo’s house party “rager” in Hollywood was shut down by police
Well, that didn't go as planned...
Los Angeles based DJ and producer Diplo attempted to host a release party at a house in West Hollywood last night, but the police shut it down before midnight.
As reported by TMZ, the reason why police had to break up the party was because “it became too much of a rager” and they were called to the house twice.
With a large crowd in attendance, including rapper Lil Dicky, police apparently came to the house at 10pm to tell people to go inside and turn the music down. Then authorities were forced to come back to the house at 11:30pm, by which time they told everyone to leave.
No citations were issued and police never spoke to Diplo.
