Probably the most played Moodymann track is 'Shades Of Jae' with its infectious, jazzy keyboard riff sampled from Bob James 'Spunky'. Here Dimitri Yerasimos edits the original to create dancefloor dynamite. The kick's beefed up and the track filters in and out, looping and building to perfection with added crowd noise from Marvin Gaye's 'Got To Give It Up'. A no-brainer buy on Dicky Trisco's Disco Deviance label.
