San Francisco producer Matrixxman is bringing out a new EP in three sections – ‘Rhythm’, ‘Acid’ and ‘Polyphony’.
The three 12"s are forthcoming on Dutch label Dekmantel, which describes part one as an “exercise in rhythm”.
The first EP, entitled ‘Sector I: Rhythm’, focuses on drumming, ‘Sector II’ hones in on acid and ‘Sector III’ explores the concept of polysynthesis, as it was created primarily with only an analog keyboard.
The first section is out October 24. You can stream ‘Rhythm’ below and pre-order it here.
