Deadmau5's SoundCloud got hacked and polluted with Selena Gomez tracks
Joel handled the hack and information leak like a pro
Yesterday a team of hackers under the name @_OurMine_ infiltrated Deadmau5's SoundCloud page and threatened to leak personal information.
The breach was relatively mild - @_OurMine_ tweeted at Zimmerman to improve his security measures and comically uploaded a handful of Selena Gomez tracks to his page.
Deadmau5 kept calm as the situation escalated, with OurMine's threatening to release phone numbers, addresses, credit card information and nude photos. The producer gave a friendly reminder of felony charges in response.
The issue has since been resolved with minimal damage and has inspired Joel to utilize his second, newly launched Soundcloud page.
