Being brought up in the house (ahem) of pioneer Inner City’s Kevin Saunderson as your father, must have some bearing on your future.

Some parents push their offspring into embarrassing dance recitals or learning battered brass instruments, but Dantiez is ably taking over the family business with his amazing house releases.

‘Get Up’ has a nod to the Underground Sound Of Lisbon, raw drums, a bouncing bass line, drum fills and effected vocal snippets. ‘Maschine Man’ is glorious deep house and should ensure Dantiez a parcel from Native Instruments.
