Danny Brown drops 'Really Doe'
Another cut from his new album
In anticipation of his new album 'Atrocity Exhibition', which drops in a week, Danny Brown is back with ‘Really Doe', premiered on Peter Rosenberg’s HOT 97 Radio show on Sunday night.
The track itself has notable features from iconic California rappers Kendrick Lamar, Ab-Soul and Earl Sweatshirt.
Over the past week Danny released three sneak peaks from the album, including ‘Rolling Stone’ featuring Petite Noir, however ‘Really Doe’ seemed to be the most anticipated among the releases.
With Lamar on the hook, the four rappers each bring unique elements to the song. Brown’s slick style – "used to tote that Calico and serve like John McEnroe" – combined with Ab-Soul’s dark lines and Sweatshirt hitting hard in the last stretch makes for a dream combination.
Check out 'Really Doe' below and be sure to cop 'Atrocity Exhibition' when it lands on September 30 via Warp.
