Dale Cornish
Ulex (Entr'acte)
7/10
You don't know what it's like being a music journalist sometimes. Yeah, we get to hang out down the VIP section of Pacha and quaff a never-ending supply of Smirnoff Double Black but, on occasion, things get very real. Dale Cornish alerted us to 'Ulex', his new album for Entr'acte, by accosting us in a South London Wetherspoons. An unusual PR tactic indeed (we normally just get kiss arse emails) but it certainly worked: scared into listening to Dale's work, we found seven tracks of sculpted rhythm 'n' drone that's perfect for the electronic adventurists among you. Seems like we're doing the ass kissing now…
Released: July 2016
