Daco
Dreadnought
9/10
The main hook of 'Dreadnought' seems like a mix of heavily FX-ed digital percussion loop, musical pots and pans with a shed load of reverb. From there, plastic 80s synth bass and cosmic chords rise up from the debris – as a reference point, imagine an underproduced Com Truise – before Daco ramps up the epic dial as the track jumps into warp.
If you played it too early in your set, some people might just throw you some odd looks. Deploy it for peaktime gurn, though, and you'll probably send them into light speed.
