Cristoph takes us down a dark alley with this moody tech-house cut, which is one of two tracks on this new EP for Adam Beyer’s Truesoul label.

‘Exodus’ grumbles and stomps along like a wizened old man with a maniacal crow on his shoulder: sinister stabs are layered over garage-esque skipping percussion and a groaning baseline.

There’s also a stirring pitched-down vocal which punctuates both of the breakdowns, the second of which stretches out for over a minute and will undoubtedly send dancefloors into total uproar. Badness.
