The new SILO structure at Creamfields will be "an all-round assault on the senses"

Creamfields will debut a brand new stadium-like structure to give festival-goers the ultimate immersive experience.

After 12 months of planning, the cylindrical chamber, dubbed SILO, offers unique lighting and a soundsystem "designed to envelope the audience".

The colosseum-style structure includes a 40-metre dancefloor with towering viewing platforms as well as a 360-degree wall of sound and video to give festival-goers the ultimate underground experience.

The new stage is the first of three new arenas to be revealed at Creamfields this year.

The four-day festival takes place from August 23 to 26 and will see over 300 artists performing in genres including trance, techno, drum 'n' bass and house. The line-up includes Fatboy Slim, Sven Väth, Annie Mac and Chase & Status. Carl Cox will also be taking to the stage at the festival for the first time in 10 years.

Tickets for the festival are available here.
