Claptone
Here's another free download from Claptone in the form of 'Control'
We've given mysterious German producer Claptone copious amounts of love in the past here at Mixmag and we're offering up yet another free download from him in the form of 'Control'.
The bird mask-wearing artist has dazzled aplenty in the last few years, most notably with the 'Cream' and 'No Eyes' releases in 2012 and 2013 respectively on Shir Khan's respected Exploited Records.
Ahead of his forthcoming single 'Ghost' in February, Claptone gifts us with 'Control', an ode to Lou Reed, although completed before his death, which uplifts from start to finish with its consistent claps, funk-riddled guitar strings and samples of the former Velvet Underground frontman's 'Walk On The Wild Side'.
