The new all-in-one Traktor controller from Native Instruments has been announced, with release slated for next month.

Kontrol S5, with a retail price of £579, comes equipped with four channels, accompanied with eight colour-coded pads that are ideal for NI's Stems feature: multi-channel audio files that can be broken into four different elements.

Access key controls, remix decks, trigger loops, cue points and plug-and-play control also features on the hardware, with NI describing saying the built-in soundcard provides "essential connectivity and 24-bit/48 kHz of pristine audio guaranteed to pack a punch in any room".

The announcement comes after Reaktor 6 was released yesterday.
