Brought to Amsterdam with the help of A|X ARMANI EXCHANGE and The Social Hub, the exhibition will showcase four decades of Mixmag through images
To celebrate four decades of documenting dance music and club culture, Mixmag will be be exhibiting a treasure trove of photography from our archive as part of this week's Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE).
Kicking off tomorrow (Wednesday, October 18) we'll be throwing a very special gathering to christen our exhibition, titled "1993-2023: 40 iconic images that encapsulate dance music culture" in association with A|X ARMANI EXCHANGE, at the Social Hub Amsterdam City.
Running from 17:00PM to 21:00PM (CEST), attendees can expect music from Airrica and Doudou MD, and complimentary food and drinks. Sign up for guestlist here.
In 2023 Mixmag is celebrating 40 years as the world’s biggest dance music media brand. We’ve delved into our vast archive to showcase some of the best photos from our history - documenting the DJs, producers, genres and movements that transformed nightlife since our inception in 1983.
Come and relive the cultures, fashions and icons through the eyes of the world’s best dance music photography — all in association with Mixmag’s fashion partner, A|X ARMANI EXCHANGE.
Can't make it down for the opening night? Then don't worry, the exhibition will be running all through the ADE week at The Social Hub Amsterdam City — so come check out the exhibition if you're in Amsterdam this week.
