Carl Cox announces new series of DJ sets in VR

Carl Cox has announced a new series of DJ sets in VR.

Coxy will perform in PRISM, the music world located within Sensorium Galaxy, which is "a social VR platform that redefines the way people interact with each other and experience the arts."

The platform will launch in 2021 and has already landed exclusive performances from Carl Cox.

“This immersive platform allows you to experience things and share special moments with other people no matter where they are," Coxy said.

"Sensorium Galaxy is going to revolutionise how people socialise while overcoming the current limitations on how we enjoy music and the arts online, giving everyone a chance to connect in a much more meaningful way.”

PRISM is the place for music concerts and festivals within Sensorium Galaxy. The area has been built in partnership with Yann Pissenem.

“Sensorium Galaxy will allow users to immerse themselves in new worlds and experience activities and emotions that are impossible in real life," Pissenem said.

"Carl Cox is amongst the first of many world-famous DJs to be announced to join the platform in the near future.
