Carhartt WIP x Mahogani Music

Carhartt has teamed up with Detroit's finest Kenny Dixon Jr. aka Moodymann on a soulful capsule collection for SS16.

Consisting of two long sleeve tees and a short sleeve tee, all featuring the M.M.C logo, Moodymann’s larger-than-life label Mahogani Music and KDJ Records.

The collection also features a UDG DJ bag in classic Carhartt brown dearborn canvas.

A 7-inch record will also be available from Carhartt WIP stores worldwide to complete the collection. The record features a KDJ classic in the form of a never-released version of Moodymann's 'J.A.N.' from 2001, while the b-side is a brand new called '5800 Cass Ave'.

To celebrate the release, Moodymann will be hosting a launch party at Barcelona's Moog Club alongside Andrés on February 26, which is the same day the collection will become available.
