For AW19, Carhartt WIP has collaborated with Clarks Originals to create two variations of the latter’s iconic Wallabee Boot.

The Wallabee is arguably Clarks' most celebrated shoes and has recently undergone collaborations with the likes of Wu-Tang Clan, KITH and OVO.

Coming in a Brown Combi colourway, for this collab the first shoe has been inspired by that of Hamilton Brown Canvas, associated with Carhartt WIP’s archetypal garments like the Michigan Chore Coat. The other offering comes in an Olive Camo colorway with to Carhartt WIP’s incorporation of military wear into its collections – a recurring theme since the brand began creating its own collections in the early 90s. Details have also been taken from classic pieces, with brown and camouflage canvas trims accompanying, as well as a woven Carhartt WIP label.

Both shoes feature the iconic crepe soul and a plush upper created from Charles F. Stead tannery suede. This suede is both stain and water-resistant too. Additionally, the two styles include a lace fob with Clarks Originals and Carhartt WIP co-branding.

Clarks Originals x Carhartt WIP will be available from September 5th at Carhartt WIP Stores and the Clarks Originals store in London Soho, as well as selected retailers.
