Last week fans were in a frenzy over the ban of an upcoming Kraftwerk show in Argentina.

It has now been announced that Kraftwerk will still be able to play on their scheduled date, after the city court ruling approved an appeal on the legislative decision.

The initially prohibited performance fell under the category of an electronic music event with its artists using "synthesizers and samplers are a primary instrument", which have been restricted in the city of Buenos Aires after the tragic deaths of six attendees at Time Warp earlier this year.

The show's promoters, Move Concerts, argued the vast differences between the Kraftwerk show and a typical large-scale music festival and are elated to announce to fans that the show will still take place on November 23.
