Brobot in The Lab NYC with Junior Sanchez and Blaqwell

The Lab NYC is Mixmag and Smirnoff Sound Collective's weekly afterwork party where we stream the best American and international DJs from the intimate space connected to our Brooklyn office. This time around, we welcomed Junior Sanchez and Blaqwell to The Lab NYC.

New Jersey native Junior Sanchez began his career as a wunderkind, first creating his own makeshift DJing rig at age 11 and playing at underground venues in the city at the ripe age of 15. It's no surprise then that Junior has since gone on to offer his production and remixing skills to the likes of Madonna, Daft Punk, Felix Da Housecat and many more.

Now as the led of his own imprint and multimedia company Brobot and one half of the recently revealed new duo project Midnight Snacks with Jesse Rose, Junior Sanchez descended upon The Lab NYC just behind his recently released EP, 'Built' for a very special home turf set.

In addition, fellow Brobot name Blaqwell joined Junior Sanchez on the decks to show off his own tech house spin. With previous releases on Todd Terry's InHouse, Toolroom and of course, Brobot, Blaqwell is guaranteed to make his mark on The Lab NYC alongside head honcho Junior Sanchez.
