Yes! Black Patterns comes through with some seriously rugged beats here on this extended EP, which contains eight bone crushing riddims.
Before we describe our pick, we had to highlight the fact that the music here was made by recording, erasing, overdubbing and re-recording via cassette tape. Grimy.
Anyway, '2.' is a powerful, maniacal slice of abrasive, crunching techno with the velocity and tenacity to bring a dance floor to its knees. Raw to the apple core.
