Berlin’s Renate reveals details for final party before 2026 closure
The 86-hour party, which marks the last at the legendary nightclub in 18 years, will begin on New Year’s Eve
Berlin nightclub Salon zur Wilden Renate, also known as Renate, has announced plans for its final ever party, set to kick off on New Year’s Eve.
Last August, the storied venue announced that it will close permanently at the end of 2025 after 18 years in operation inside a formerly abandoned apartment block on Alt-Stralau in Friedrichshain.
Renate’s final event will begin on December 31, and will run for 86 hours before concluding on January 4, 2026, when it will close its doors for good.

In an Instagram post shared over the weekend, the club revealed details around its final party, with artists including Ben Sims, Amy Dabbs, Sept, Lewis Fautzi, Felicie, and Red Pig Flower all set to perform.
“This is the final round of Renate as we know it,” Renate said. “Here is just a taste of the artists, performers, bands and fun you could have if you grab your ticket. Stay for a night or for the whole weekend, we’ll meet you on the dancefloor one last time.”

Last summer, Renate cited financial issues and problems extending its lease as the reason for its imminent closure. Despite this, the venue still hopes to find a way to secure its future.
More artists are still yet to be announced ahead of the final event, Renate revealed, with more than 35 acts already announced. Check out the first wave line-up below, and grab your tickets here.
