Caterina Barbieri, dBridge, Lafawndah and more brought together for 'More Light' compilation on revived Berlin Atonal imprint

Caterina Barbieri, dBridge, Lafawndah and more brought together for 'More Light' compilation on revived Berlin Atonal imprint

Caterina Barbieri (pictured above performing at Berlin Atonal 2018), dBridge and Lafawndah are among a clutch of artists announced to feature on ‘More Light’, an upcoming compilation on the newly revived Berlin Atonal imprint.

The compilation will be released on January 29 2021 as a set of five 12” vinyls accompanied by digital downloads, as well as a complete box set. The digital release was made available for purchase this week.

As well as the whopping ‘More Light’ compilation, Berlin Atonal have also revealed an additional release from the late Mika Vainio. The double LP will be a release of Vaino’s 2016 set at the festival. All proceeds will be donated to the Alpha School for Boys in Kingston, Jamaica.

Alongside the label revival, Berlin Atonal has also announced collaborations with streetwear brand Perks And Mini, who are creating two t-shirts for the label, and Ezra Miller, who has designed a t-shirt and water bottle.

Berlin Atonal will also release limited edition prints from visual artists who have exhibited at the festival over the years, including Anne de Vries, Sasha Litvintseva and Beny Wagner, D.R. Boysen, Pedro Maia and Stéphanie Lagarde, as well as a photograph of Actress during his 2018 festival performance by Helge Mundt.
